Well, I didn't run today. I cleaned up a little snow, so I did get some exercise. Hopefully it won't be icy tomorrow and I'll run.

I ran 10 this morning, I didn't feel near like I did yesterday. Windy 30 plus and warm, glad it's done pace was okay just had to work way harder than I should have.

Well I am lucky in that I get to experience many different cultures and countries. Currently for those who read and don't post I am stationed in Japan and get to post ahewad of most of you who are living in the Good Ol' US of A. It is already mid morning here in Japan and I have knocked out a windy, cool, 5 miles. The temps were low but a hat, double layered one long sleeve one short sleeve shirt and a nice pair of gloves did the trick to keep it comfortably cool. I simply went out and ran and nailed down a good run with a good time. 5 miles in at 7:45/mile pace. Some were slower and some were faster but my pendulum swung from 7:31-7:52 from mile to mile. It was windy and breezy most of the way and rarely did it feel as if the wind was at my back. It was a good run that I had to force myself to want to do but once I started I knew it was the right thing to do.
