A new approach to picking a diet

If I was to make an unbias comment, the website seems to be incredibly limited with diets lacking variety for different options (specifically talking about the same result for #1 diet using numerous combinations). Additionally, the site looks very gimmicky and untrustworthy. The website also sends across a bad message by indirectly promoting unhealthy weight loss by providing "drastic weight-loss solutions" and "temporary diets". This is the exact type of marketing we need to get away from to make any progress with the epidemic surrounding us ;/

Last point.

If anyone was to look beyond the diet craze and compare, they would find a common denominator among almost all diets. They all cut out refined/processed carbohydrates and simple sugars. It's not a case of diet vs. diet but rather diet vs. refined carbs + simple sugars.

It's not what you ARE eating but rather what you are NOT eating.
