      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:cf797ff3-bbe4-4244-9571-2ad3ce5fd51c] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Part of the problem may be the type of shoe that you have.&amp;#160; My shoe has only one velcro strap and it has a notch that holds it in the wide open position.&amp;#160; I also store my shoes with tube in them that holds the shoe in the wide open position so when I'm getting my feet in them they are pretty much wide open.&amp;#160; They also have a loop in the back of the shoe for pulling them on.&amp;#160; When I jump on my bike from the left side I insert my foot into the left shoe.&amp;#160; I usually have enough speed that I can then slip my right foot in the right shoe, pull the right shoe on, crank a little and then pull the left shoe on.&amp;#160; Just takes practice.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:cf797ff3-bbe4-4244-9571-2ad3ce5fd51c] --&gt;</description>
