      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:b05d4531-f289-4177-8fe3-ef43c27611c6] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Matt, great kindly reinforcement for all of us (maybe especially to me).&amp;#160; I too was running regularly and then kind of drifted away.&amp;#160; I feel like I keep beginning, and re-beginning, and re-beginning.&amp;#160; I DO have a tendency to flit, or to get bored with plateaus in my exercise regimens.&amp;#160; I struggle a lot with not being able to run as well as I would like AND not seeing improvement, so I think that I am going to enroll in a running store or running club program and see what I have been missing. Dropped off running after breaking a leg Skiing NZ. Started running again as my rehab and got the bug.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Dusted off my ipod and did my first run with that great running music from run2rhythm. Didn't realise how good it makes mee feel - running with music that my body's in sync with.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I strngly urge everyone to try it - it makes you feel soo good on and after your run. &lt;a class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://www.run2r.com"&gt;www.run2r.com&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Starting to feel exited I'm back out running.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:606cceb1-88be-4677-b1bb-c37957a0538f] --&gt;</description>
