What Week/Day are you on?&amp;#160; &lt;strong&gt;W3D2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2. How do you feel?&lt;strong&gt;&amp;#160; I have assorted aches and pains, but am so proud of myself for making it this far!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3. Have you had to repeat a week or day?&amp;#160; &lt;strong&gt;I've had to repeat every week once so far (so in reality, I've been doing it for going on 6 weeks now)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4. Did you add time or remove time from one of your runs? &lt;strong&gt; I try to stay working out for at least 45 minutes per session, so after doing the C25K portion, I spend the rest of the time doing a brisk walk.&amp;#160; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;5. Do you notice something different about yourself yet?&amp;#160; &lt;strong&gt;Much more definition and muscle tone in my legs.&amp;#160; It's crazy!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:4d3ce18c-92ff-4cf0-ad41-8cf80c68605e] --&gt;</description>

I repeated week 7 because I just didn;t feel like I was finishing the time strong enough, other than that followed the program as written. Then week 8 was easy. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Going from struggling to run for 3 minutes to over 30 minutes in such a short period of time is amazing. I am hooked on running now and am going to continue with the C10K program to build up to an hour of running and who knows where I will end up after that.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I didn;t change my diet at all during this period and lost 4.5 kg from the increased activity levels, so that was a unexpected benefit for me.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;For those who just starting out, keep at it and repeat a week or workout when you need to. Consistency is the key, you will get there.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:f6539da9-d2b1-489f-b82a-0ca74ba5e0d7] --&gt;</description>

Have you had to repeat a week or day?&amp;#160; Yes, twice.&amp;#160; I got frustrated with the treadmill and took it outdoors.&amp;#160; Absolutely no regrets there.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4. Did you add time or remove time from one of your runs?&amp;#160; Not yet.&amp;#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;5. Do you notice something different about yourself yet?&amp;#160; I'm enjoying myself more.&amp;#160; My legs are getting so much more toned.&amp;#160; I really, really love running outdoors as opposed to the treadmill at the gym.&amp;#160; I'm so glad the weather is permitting now.&amp;#160; It's still plenty hot here, but not so oppressive as during the peak of summer.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:49dd14fe-9e57-48f7-b8fc-2bff64b54710] --&gt;</description>

I feel a little sore, but I'm resting today.&amp;#160; I usually walk everyday, but now since I'm running I need to rest between days.&amp;#160; Just need to allow my body to build up strength and these old bones need rest. Yes, I've got more energy during the rest of my day and I'm sleeping better at night.&amp;#160; On the other hand, I'm not losing the weight I was while walking.&amp;#160; Don't know if it's because of muscle increase or that I'm not eating enough food. I'm on a sugar free eating plan to help my husband lower his blood sugar.&amp;#160; So haven't had any pasta, beans or potatoes in about a month.&amp;#160; But we do get carbs from vegetables.&amp;#160; Any advice is welcomed.&amp;#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:e3e565a2-6340-496a-aa20-4cd525fce128] --&gt;</description>

I try to get to the gym/outside early because I know I'm going to feel great after and it makes my day flow a lot better. and I sleep better too.This is my third time tring this program (couch to 5k) which it on my I-Pod. third times a charm huh? lol I'm going to stick to it this time!! Frustrated, because it wasn't fatigue or pain that held me back, it was technical difficulties with my ancient treadmill in my garage.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3. Have you had to repeat a week or day? I've decided to try again tomorrow outside.&amp;#160; I've kind of been waiting until the triple digit weather goes away, but I don't want to hamper my progress and when I'm working 3 12 hr shifts in a row, I can't make it to the gym on a between day.&amp;#160; I always have plenty of energy for those night shifts when I run or workout on my in between days.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4. Did you add time or remove time from one of your runs? Not yet.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;5. Do you notice something different about yourself yet? I'm more dedicated.&amp;#160; The things that frustrate me are the little things, I'm working through the days and feeling fantastic about most of my runs.&amp;#160; It's only when I'm distracted that I don't have that feeling during the run.&amp;#160; I always feel good about finishing.&amp;#160; I just am getting addicted to feeling in the zone during my runs.&amp;#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So, forecast tomorrow be damned, I'm hitting the streets.&amp;#160; It's 108 today, supposed to be 104 tomorrow.&amp;#160; I see lots of sweat and water in my future.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:275b915f-b7df-480c-93b7-c1b6de91f885] --&gt;</description>

So proud of myself for being able to do this. When I started and looked through the different training days, I was convinced that I would die if I had to run 20 minutes.
