Sun was a rest day but spent 5 hours of it driving back from my dad's. Sat I did my LR, 14 with the last 4 @ MP. I felt as bad on my last 4 as I do on the last 4 of a marathon (not good).

I was scheduled for 12, but things didn't go well this morning, so I didn't get to it until nearly 6. Got ten in before I ran out of daylight.

Late start, but I got in 10 miles this morning, temps in the upper 70s, full sun, nice breeze though. Took it easy, did run/walk and it was pretty comfortable despite the heat. Did a very easy 3 yesterday.
