Over the summer I have not been traing just doing drills. I havnt gained any weight its I feel like I have gained 200 pounds. I asked a trainer on how to fix this and he said its normal your body is used to working hard. His advice do 100 elevated push-ups, 100 sits-ups, pull ups and a 1 mile run every night. I went on vacation and just got back yesterday. I was visiting family for 5 weeks and during those five weeks I kind of got out of shape a bit. I'm not at my best. I tried but whenever I did my workouts my family would interrupt and basketball isn't real big where I went. That kind of sucked.
