      <title>Weight Training</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:6154561b-c951-43a1-923e-54606af62e00] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hey guys, I'm 14 years old and I'm planning to tryout for my high school basketball team. There was a meeting today for those wanting to tryout and more than half of those guys were probably a lot bigger than me. I'm kinda scrawny and skinny, so I really wanna get bigger and stronger. I never usually go lift weights because I would rather play basketball. However, I think its necessary, but I dont have the motivation to lift weights because I feel like its boring. Another factor is time. I dont have the time I want to be able to practice basketball and lift. Any advice on how to start a weight training routine and sticking to it?
