(Also there is another stretch that I do one rep of, after every 10 situps; and when I have done the entire routine of 10 stretches and 10x10 pushups and situps, I do yet another stretch 10 times, for my lower back; but now I am probably confusing you.) &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As you can see, it's a very customized routine, to address my particular issues.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Dark Horse&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:71e0e7de-651b-4588-8d69-6a3df1978b28] --&gt;</description>
