I ran 3 miles today.

I'll spend some time on my legs tomorrow raking the foliage but no more runs.

MCM 1994 rained from beginning to end. I think that was the Oprah-run year.

I hope you get better Len. I was out buying Nyquil the night before last year's MCM because I was looking for some relief from coughing and sneezing.

Sorry I haven't been posting. I ran Monday, then Tuesday started to get a sore throat. Not good! So I haven't run since. I've pretty much ditched the sore throat so I'll probably run Friday morning, then drive to DC Saturday morning. It's less than 3 hours and the Armory and Expo are right along the way. Should be in my hotel by early afternoon.

3 out of 4 forecasts say the rain holds off until late afternoon or evening. Weather Channel is the only one seeming to say rain all day. It should be a couple degrees warmer than Wineglass at least.

3.5 easy on trails, just hoping we don't have the prefect storm! Wineglass 11 again
