      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:40336e6e-1c68-443b-8dfc-a1a9818694a8] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;I am 45 and started running back in August.&amp;#160; I started with a constant 1.25 miles ( had to work to get to this) and can now run 5K distance ( on a treadmill...26:06 is my best so far).&amp;#160; I am running 6X a week and feel great.&amp;#160; I run outside on the weekend when I'm not at work.&amp;#160; I am doing it for weight loss and general overall health.&amp;#160; I've never been able to do this in my life.&amp;#160; Question is:&amp;#160; Is everyday too much?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:40336e6e-1c68-443b-8dfc-a1a9818694a8] --&gt;</description>
