In camp we focus on developing mental toughness, basketball IQ, a positive mental attitude, how to be a good teammate, a defensive approach to the game and much more. The mental aspect of basketball is responsible for 80% of a great basketball players success. We combine our teachings of the proper mental approach to the game with hundreds of insructional videos and blogs to teach proper technique and form.
