From the Institute of Biomechanics of Valencia, we encourage runners of all levels toparticipate in the European project RUNSAFER. This study aimsto design an instrumented shoe for runners which will gatherinformation about the user’s running technique. Thus, and by means of the apptechnology, the system will help the runner to prevent injuriesand will offer the users the possibility to better plan theirtraining based on their biomechanical and technicalcharacteristics.
