      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:c112bbb8-5558-43f4-af53-425f92c1ff96] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;5 miles on the railtrail today.&amp;#160; 1/2 mile walk, 4 mile run, 1/2 mile walk.&amp;#160; Splits were 8:03, 9:57, 9:32, 9:39, 9:36 and 8:04.&amp;#160; I'm working to run these splits, so a nice workout.&amp;#160; It's looking more and more like I might have Plantar Fasciitis on the run, keeping my fingers crossed.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Dark Horse, what'd you do, jump the fence and run off?&amp;#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:c112bbb8-5558-43f4-af53-425f92c1ff96] --&gt;</description>
