14U Elite Katy Curve Tryouts

The newly formed 14U Katy Curve in Katy, Texas will hold team tryouts on Saturday, January 12 at the Katy National Little League on Field 2 at 11:00 am and if players are still needed we will have another tryout the last weekend of January 26 at 11:00.

We are looking for a few good players to play elite tournaments with the goal of playing at the premier level. Pitching and catching a plus.

The team will be coached by Kirk Zeller who has coached in the Curve organization for the last 3 years as the pitching coach and head coach. The 15U team won 9 championships over the last two years going from select to the premier level. He also coached "Gold Glove" (KCF Baseball) for Cinco Ranch High School last year with a record of 9 -1. He has been coaching for the last 10 years in Katy.
He played both High School and College level baseball.

The overall goal of the team will be to get the boys ready for High School "Gold Glove" (KCF Baseball) tryouts in May and take them to a higher level of baseball. His philosophy is to develop boys into well rounded players in several positions working on developmental skills, pitching, and hitting.

Practices will be held at the Katy National Little League Fields playing two or more tournaments a month up until "gold glove" tryouts.
