After your summer of 50K’ers, 50 milers, and 100K’s, you ran a good, strong, steady marathon, wisely keeping IT under control to defer a BQ so when you do it, you’ll be able to celebrate it at the BAA starting line on April 18. After that, I've got a few Irish jigs for you again!

But I too digress, Arf what a great race you ran. Great to see those IT issues behind you. I'm sure that with your ability you'll be posting a BQ report very soon.

After the subject heading, I thought the RR was kind of anti-climactic

Great suggestions here for BQ courses, You know my work schedule better than anyone. Pick what works best, if you can find the time to train over the next few months, we all know you will nail that BQ.

Just tell all your customers to go away so you can train!
