My idea of a great runner starts with the person not their speed....&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;you might want to take some time and evalute your reasonings for coming onto a forum and letting people know that they are not as fast as you. As of right now I can say I would rather run with any of these people and learn from them than spend even a moment with a shallow person like yourself. I choose substance and what motivates a person rather than limelight. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;But I hope you enjoy the rest of your running and you never end up with a injury that makes you slower... &lt;br/&gt;Me well it is 5:52 am and I am heading out the door for 7 miles of trails in the Dark!!!!
