I ran 6 yesterday, and hope to get in at least 6 more tomorrow morning on my King holiday off. I don't plan on running more than 10 miles at a time before the half. I didn't run more than eleven before Disney and it worked just fine. Hoped to finish that in 2:30 and actually finished in 2:21. My only fear is that at Gasparilla (for the non-Floridians it is a celebration of the landing in Tampa of Jose Gaspar the pirate in the 1780's. This coming weekend is an arts festival. The weekend of the 8-9 are the races) the 1/2 and full marathon run simultaneously for the first 7 miles. I'm sure that it will slow things down for a little while. In reality, I cannot shoot for too good a finishing goal until the race is happening and I can see how crowded it is. I will have my Garmin 205 giving me mile splits, so that should keep me fairly consistent.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;LSpence- Hope this doesn't come off badly, but I am not nor have ever been a girl. I will happily accept "Go Guy". The temps are actually in the 40's tonight but will warm back into the 60's tomorrow. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;For those in the colder than cold north, please tell me you run in more than I saw on tv tonight in Green Bay. I read that to. I think it was in runner's world mag. They dq'd people from the race and next years race also, in Minnesoata. Our local races have not inforced the rule . I've never ran a race with my I pod tho but I'm thinking about it. The double bridge is comming up and I was planning on podding the race.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It is cold here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!&amp;nbsp; Going to do my long run tomarrow evening instead of the morning. Give Mr. sun time to do his job.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Debating on going back in the shop. That means 10 to 12 hour days and some weekends.&amp;nbsp; Where I'm at now I can do ot when I want, the shop is a have to thing. It'll be harder to do my runs also. Not sure but the money is good. So much overtime. Then I finished up with a 20 min run - all feels good - I hoping to actually get back outside next weekend - we`ll see how this coming weeks training goes.
