You can also try taking your walking interval before you are completely out of breath. This will hopefully allow you to recover enough for more running intervals. Don't try to do too much too soon. Over time your cardiovascular system will adapt and you'll be able to run more and walk less as you improve (assuming you're not suffering from asthmatic conditions.)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:72b87a85-7989-4f2e-938c-11167e0ac817] --&gt;</description>
