I've tried this approach and it is incredible - so much so that I've started a website to spread the word. Investigate SLOW CARB eating for weight loss. Atkins was very close to the truth! This really works for me and keeps me FULL -- and I lose pounds. Amazing.

I've gained about 5 pounds over the past couple of months despite training harder than ever. Some folks have told me the weight gain could b/c I 'm not eating enough and my body is holding onto anything I put into it. I run about 70 miles/week and eat about 1500 calories a day. Any experts out there on this subject?
