I do bike often on alternate run days and that seems to take care of a need to get out and DO something! I'm not covering more than 10 miles at a time. But that's a start. I have a great treadmill and will start tying that back in as well... Been running our big, beautiful, varied bike path all summer. I actually enjoyed it and did 4 miles. 9:30, 9:30, 9:30, 9:13 with a standard warm up and cool down. Off Friday, 30 miles on the bike yesterday and 50 miles today.
