It's been such a busy and crazy summer that I haven't been&amp;#160; in touch with you and the group. I certainly wasn't ignoring you.&amp;#160; I'll keep in better touch.&amp;#160; As far as the JFK, things are going well. Started some serious trail running. Here in Lancaster county we have some beautiful and challenging trails on which to train ( and fall flat on your face on) that are great.&amp;#160; My endurance seems to be up. I'm now experimenting with eating on the run and what works and what doesn't.&amp;#160; Gu, Ensure, peanut butter sandwiches and MET-RX bars are all getting a workout. Anything I missed that you can recommend?&amp;#160; My stomach is pretty cast iron. The JFK is well organized to the point that you don't&amp;#160; truly need a "support" team as maybe in the past.&amp;#160; I've heard the supply stations are really well-stocked.
