      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:7dcf78c8-0917-481f-9032-22a73243e753] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Euph, it's tough running with a cain, but I'm gaining... &lt;img height="16px" src="http://community.active.com/4.5.5/images/emoticons/wink.gif" width="16px"/&gt;&amp;#160; Actually, the swelling and redness are about gone, I've been doing the ice and NSAIDs treatment the last few days and it's working.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Tuesday,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;5 miles easy.&amp;#160; I've been experimenting with the breathing sequences discussed here in the past.&amp;#160; Breathing in for 3 steps and out for 3 while running at an easy pace is a great exercise for your lungs.&amp;#160; For me at least, I breathe a lot deeper.&amp;#160; You'd think over time it'd have to increase your lung capacity.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:7dcf78c8-0917-481f-9032-22a73243e753] --&gt;</description>

Not that many miles for the month, but my longest of the year as recovery continues. Sunday is 1/2 marathon followed by another on 19th.
