I'm not really a fan of video interviews. Even if the runner is an extremely articulate speaker, it just kind of ruins the mystique for me somehow. Makes me realise they are just human after all:P Maybe that's satisfying for some people, but I like to keep the elites up there on a pedestal:P

You write well, I think you should concentrate on that. I did like this video though.I think it worked really well not having a voice over or any speech at all in it.

Glad you like it. And please let me know what you'd like to see there. I would like to turn it into a full-fledged website but starting off as a blog gave me the opportunity to start getting the stories out there immediately.

Video interviews of runners? Coaches advice for reaching the elite level? Video of where the great runners come from?
