That tri looks like a good one. I'm afraid to do any lake swimming until the temps cool off. I hope you will post a RR when you are finished.

Ron, are you running Riley's Rumble Half in Germantown on July 26?

RNR Seattle, El Scorcho 50K, Riley's Rumble Half, Turkey Swamp 50K/20 Miler, NYC Half, and (probably) Quebec Marathon are the likely highlights through August. A 10K (same as Len's), a 5 miler, and/or a 10 miler are also possibles.

Nothing much here, the half in Montreal on September, I think, 13th and the Niagara full on October 25th. Then after that Vegas, if possible the full, if the body doesn't cooperate the half.

I have a 10K July 4th, Midnight Madness July 18/19, the Philadelphia Distance Run Sep. 20, and MCM in October. There will probably be a couple other races thrown in for good measure.

I've got the Autsim Speaks 5K coming up on 4 July. (Still plenty of time for folks to sign up! [www.potomac5k.org|http://www.potomac5k.org] ) After that maybe the Catoctin 50K on 1 August. Beyond that, no clue.

So what's next for you all as we enter the first days of summer? I've got the Rock and Roll Chicago Half in August lined up. But I'm thinking of some fun night races. Thoughts?

Why didn't I think of that? I may yet be there (if slow). We'll see what the heel says over the next few weeks.

Don't feel bad Len, I am not running it this year either. Maybe next year.
