Yes, your brain. After races, I've noticed my brain goes into a nosedive for a couple of weeks, especially if I'm not immediately in training for something else. I just go into "blah" mode and every mile is a chore.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It's also especially possible if you live in one of the areas where the weather has been inconceivably stupid for the past month. In the northeast, it's pretty much rained for a month, with the decent weather just returning last week. My first thought was "you're overtraining", running 6 days a week. Are you following the "hard/easy" method, always taking an easy day after a hard day?
