I LOVE the thought of ocean-side yoga! Ocean swimming on the other hand scares me. I've been intrigued by the P90X videos but I'm turned off at the thought of working out in front of the tv. My sister just got the videos though so I will see what she has to say about them. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I went canoeing this weekend which turned out to be such a fun way to spend the day outdoors.
