37 recorded miles. Only started recording my runs again on the 20th, so July will be a HUGE improvement (if I ever get over this stupid sickness streak I've got going on) I honestly don't think I was 100% healthy for a single day in June and July started off even worse. GRrrrrr

75 miles in June for me. I spent June finishing up my building back into running after taking a month off following my half in April. I started running again in the middle of May, and started my 18 week-long schedule for MCM '09 in June.

102. That's a high for me. I actually completed three a week EVERY week. That's also a first! Happy feet.

I started off good but the Crud shut me down, I ended the month with 54 miles.
