I'm doing a hybrid plan - combination of several 8k/10k plans. Basically running 4x week, one long run, 2 easy runs and one mutation. I need structure&amp;nbsp; to keep me going but variation to keep it fun. So yesterday I ran over 3 miles, today I ran 2 but did some speed bursts and my favorite hill. Next time I'll just run for 30 minutes, however far that takes me.
