      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:c5cfd664-ade3-41c7-8792-0a9451515af1] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;I started the C25K program a few months ago but didn't make it very far before an injury sidelined me.&amp;#160; The injury was an old one that flared up and left me feeling sorry for myself - so I quit running - but I am starting again TODAY!!&amp;#160; As soon as I get off work, I am going for a 3 mile walk/run and will do that every day&amp;#160; until I feel strong enough to run the whole thing.&amp;#160; Perhaps in 3 months, perhaps in a year - but I will do it!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:c5cfd664-ade3-41c7-8792-0a9451515af1] --&gt;</description>
