He always brings an&amp;#160; exfoliating tool to work on the calluses of his feet before races. Go figure...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Another&amp;#160; thing you might try is to abandon shoes altogether for the Vibram "Five&amp;#160; finger" foot gloves, which let your toes spread naturally instead of&amp;#160; cramping them into the average toe box.
