This ONLY happens when I am doing a brick or complete tri. I run a lot, do a lot of run onlys during the off season and never get this cramp. Last year's sprint tri, I got one real bad on the run. So far this year, every time I go from swim/bike/ to run, or even swim to run, I get a right side cramp so bad I have to stop.

Why the pain only if I swam or road first? And how can I make it go away?

Thanks!
