which hydration belt is best for a marathon trainer?

Hi all, I'm training for a marathon and on my last run I got very thirsty and had to run into the library to get some water. I realize now I need to invest in a hydration belt (with a pouch for my phone, id and cash). There are some that have 4 bottles and others that have 2... does anyone have an opinion on these? Any helpful hints for wearing it too? I want to make sure I am ready for this weekend's 6 mile for a test-run with this belt.

If it helps these are the ones I'm looking at:

2 bottle: http://www.citysports.com/citysports/product.asp?pf_id=117786&path=Shop&path=Running+Equipment&search_handle=QT1SdW5uaW5nIEVxdWlwbWVudH5CPVJ1bm5pbmcgRXF1aXBtZW50fkM9MX5EPTE2fkk9UHJpY2V_Sz00fkw9MX5NPTZ_Tj0yfg&scid=SearchResults&spoffset=2&s_id=0

4 bottle: http://www.citysports.com/citysports/product.asp?pf_id=136804&path=Shop&path=Running+Equipment&search_handle=QT1SdW5uaW5nIEVxdWlwbWVudH5CPVJ1bm5pbmcgRXF1aXBtZW50fkM9MX5EPTE2fkk9UHJpY2V_Sz00fkw9MX5NPTZ_Tj0yfg&scid=SearchResults&spoffset=2&s_id=0

There is also this weird 1 bottle one: http://www.citysports.com/citysports/product.asp?pf_id=136800&path=Shop&path=Running+Equipment&search_handle=QT1SdW5uaW5nIEVxdWlwbWVudH5CPVJ1bm5pbmcgRXF1aXBtZW50fkM9MX5EPTE2fkk9UHJpY2V_Sz00fkw9MX5NPTZ_Tj0yfg&scid=SearchResults&spoffset=2&s_id=0

Thanks guys!

How Do You Beat the Bug Bites?

Does anyone have a good recommendation for bug repellent? I just got back from a trip to Cancun, Mexico and left with one too many mosquito bites. Can we say ITCHY!

I used Cutter Mosquito Wipes during the trip. I've used them in the past during camping trips to Yosemite and trips to the Philippines and Florida, where the humidity is intense and the mosquitoes outnumber people. The wipes worked great then, but not so much this time around.

I'm looking for a 2-in-1 product if possible; something that has both repellent and SPF. I believe Cutter has a product like this too, but it was too sticky/greasy for me.

I'm also not sure if using one product decreases the effect of the other. On this trip, I would cover up with sunscreen first and bug repellent second. I didn't get burned, but got bitten.

Any advice would be great for my next trip outdoors.

Thanks!
