I love mountain biking, which is great for my legs and lungs but I want to focus on building core muscles, tightening my bum, and building overall fitness. Does anybody have full body fitness exercises to recommend? I still have a little more weight to go (it's coming off very slowly!) but I know I need to add in some weight training to get toned (arms, back). &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I belong to a Planet Fitness gym, and they have a weight circuit (30 min total, walk/step in between stations, hit each machine once). Is this enough if I do it twice a week? Or should I be doing the weight machines on the floor, concentrating on back/arms (which is what I want to tone). &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'm afraid if I make a too-ambitious gym schedule, I won't stick to it.
