      <title>Wrinkled Wetsuit help!!</title>

(somewhat!). Extra initiatives including sponsors, local help and long term deals with suppliers have made it possible for us to manage the difference. We have incorporated Irish Mythology and Triathlon together to create this unique race. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The winner of the Male &amp;amp; Female race will be 'crowned'. Yep, they will be crowned in a lavish ceremony at the finish line by Druids and be called &amp;#8216;&amp;#201;ireman 2009&amp;rsquo;. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;There are 4 races including: &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Long distance - 2.4m swim, 112m bike, 26.2m run &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Middle distance - 1.2m swim, 56m bike 13.1m run &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;INTRO - Team of 3 - 6 covering the Long Distance &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;#201;ireman Warrior Kids race (22nd August) &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Courtown Harbour is on the east coast of Ireland. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2 hrs from Dublin Airport and 1 hr from Rosslare Europort. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This course has potential to be very fast.... The swim is in a sheltered bay. The cycle is on CLOSED roads. This closed road is a two yr old Duel Carriageway in mint condition. There are no major hills at all. Strong cyclists will eat this up. The run is flat and scenic.
