Our Boys: A Perfect Season on the Plains with the Smith Center Redmen

I'm Joe Drape, th author. I'm proud of "Our Boys." The Redmen have won 68 in a row, the longest high school winning streak in the nation. Coach Roger Barta is the kind of coach who never raises his voice or talks about winning or losing. The town is amazing. My family and I moved there for most of last year. We were through there last week, too, as they kicked off their season with a 59-0 victory over Plainville.

If you want to learn more about the book, which is a New York Times Bestseller, and see some video and highlights and keep up with them: check out www.weareredmen.com

I'm an Eagles fan from Philadelphia so Invincible is a given for me.

What are your favorites?

Consumer Goods

Hello..

In economics, consumer goods are new items intended SPAM to consumers. Consumer goods are thus distinguished from capital goods, such as machinery, office space, and raw materials like lumber and iron ore. In economic statistics, the resale of used consumer goods from one consumer to another is generally not counted in sales statistics so that the statistics properly reflect production. One major exception is housing. A home is of course a consumer good, and existing home sales are tracked. Consumer goods can be further classified as consumer durables, and consumables (sometimes called non-durables). Consumer durables are those consumer goods, such as cars, designed to last three years or more. Consumer goods can also be classified as normal goods or inferior goods. Inferior goods, generally the exception, are those consumer goods for which demand falls as income rises. Among consumer goods, public transportation is recognized as an example of an inferior good..........

Appointment Setting

Spring 2009 Responsible Sports Community Grants NOW OPEN!

Liberty Mutual is giving away $50,000 this spring to youth sports organizations through their Responsible Sports Community Grant Program. Twenty (20) organizations will each earn $2,500 for demonstrating their commitment to responsibility in youth sports. It's easy -- Just get as many parents, coaches and fans of your team, club, or league as you can to take the Responsible Sports courses and quizzes. Each passed quiz earns your youth football organization a point - and the organizations with the most points win!

Don't think that just because you're small, you can't win -- because organizations only compete with those of similar sizes. Large organizations, small organizations, and schools will all have their own winners of $2,500 grants.

The Spring 2009 Responsible Sports Community Grants close MAY 31st, 2009!

Check it out!

ResponsibleSports.com/Grant

Liberty Mutual is a Proud Sponsor of USA Football

Join The Responsible Sports Movement.
Football bracketing software?

Hello. I'm interested in helping my league by improving the manner in which we bracket teams for scheduling. I believe it can be done by averaging players, age/weight/experience levels. I am wondering if anyone has experience doing this or knows of any software available so I don't have to try and reinvent the wheel. Thanks in advance.
