how to watch the Boise State Broncos games live streaming online?

I downloaded a software program to my computer that allows me to watch the Boise State Broncos and basically any other NCAA college football game online via live streaming feed. I use it because I'm at work (aargh..) a lot of times when the games are played, and there's no TV at work. I use it so much that I actually prefer to watch football over the Internet instead of on TV.

It's easy to operate and downloads very quickly. The only pc requirements are DSL or cable Internet and a windows operating system (sorry mac users), and it apparently works in any country.

Anyway, the website below will give you instant access.

http://tinyurl.com/2009NCAAFootballOnline

How's your NCAA football team doing so far?

Well I can't say I wasn't disappointed by the BC home opener loss to GTech Saturday at Alumni Stadium. It was the Eagles earliest loss of the season under Jeff Jagodzinski. I was definitely missing BC alum and quarterback, Matt Rya, who made sure we all remembered how much we missed him in his debut with the Falcons Sunday.

Matt Ryan, 62-yard touchdown pass on his first throw of the game was a pretty incredible start for his NFL debut. The Falcons should expect great things out of the young quarterback from BC!

How is your college team doing?

BCS title is Mizzou's to lose

The University of Missouri football team hasn't been ranked #1 in the nation since 1960, I believe. While home over Thanksgiving, I heard the local news say that St. Louis has 70,000 Mizzou alums--unsurprisingly, more than any other city. I enjoyed the chance to experience the excitement and energy buzzing around town, and I also heard some interesting talk about the BCS and conference championships.

This struck me as the most interesting topic:

Ohio State hasn't played a game in a couple weeks but they have jumped up in rankings three or four slots. Ohio State will also not play in a Big Ten championship game. Mizzou does have to play in a Big 12 championship game. If Mizzou loses they will no longer be eligible to play in the national title game.

With the regular college season ending and Mizzou topping the rankings--does that mean they have won the right to compete in the national championship game? In a way, Mizzou can only lose what they have already earned. Is it unfair that Mizzou has to win an extra game to stay at #1, to validate what they've already done, while Ohio State doesn't play a conference championship game and can sit back and watch teams fall from the top?

I'm wondering what the rest of the country thinks about this situation.

"The Play" - amazing comeback or missed call?

This is probably the football highlight I have seen replayed the most. Stanford versus Cal, an insane amount of laterals, the band rushed onto the field prematurely and chaos ensues. Standford laid out an incredibly improbable comeback... or did they??

I watched a special in which they interviewed players that were on both sides of the ball that day (they even chatted with the trombone player that got knocked over at the end of the play). The central discussion surrounded whether or not one of the players was down before he released the ball. I hadn't picked up on the controversial part of the play until I saw this show, but upon further review, it does appear as if the third lateral came too late and the play should have been dead, game over, Cal wins.

The part in question happens around the 15-second mark as the ball carrier is surrounded by white shirts.

If you are able to get a good look, or have seen it previously, what do you think--was he down before he got the lateral off?

Almost equally important, at what point during that play does the band think it is acceptable to step on the field?
