I apologize for the lateness of the post, but for some reason, this is the FIRST day I've been able to create a thread here. Grrr.

Anyway... injured and cannot run... Have 1 BIB available.

I fractured my leg playing rugby last week and am out of the marathon. My wife wont run if I dont run...so we have two bibs available to transfer.

We don't remember what the original cost with final processing fees...something like $100 each.

I just spoke with the folks at 800.RUN.USMC, it's too late for official transfers.

The only option is that we provide you a letter of authorization and a copy of our e-confirmation.

We could easily forward our e-confirmations via e-mail to you.

As far as a letter authorizing packet pick up, we could FAX something in the next couple days.

Unfortunately, you would still be running under our names. Not much fame that way.

Except if you run real fast, I'll tell my friends it was me (They would know the truth)

We hate for the spots to be wasted and I'm not into wearing shirts I didn't earn.

I have someone who has a bib for the 10k and is now dealing with an injury. We've been getting conflicting answers are to whether or not she can sell/transfer it to people. I know the cutoff for deferrment was September 30th. Anyone know if there is anyway to still sell this 10k?
