Does anyone know of any NYC area runs happening on Friday the 27th or Saturday the 28th? A 5 miler or something in that distance range?

I have been training for the Seattle Marathon.I did the1/2 marathon in 2007. I am looking for others that are doing the run or have already done it and have any advice?

I'm thinking of running it in 2010, but am wondering how bad the hills really are. It would be pretty cool to run across the Golden Gate bridge.

Disney's Princess 1/2 Marathon Weekend

Is anyone else participating in either of the Disney races next March?

I'll be running in the Royal Family 5K and I'm pretty excited about it! It will only be my 2nd race ever, but I figured running through Epcot has to be one of the most unique settings for me to test the racing waters! (Plus it gives me a great excuse to have another WDW vacation)

NYC Marathon 2010

I am running the NYC Marathon 2010. I need some advice on hotels. Where the best place is? I have no idea. I am going to be traveling with my 16 year old son. I am not sure if I should stay close to the start or the finish line. Judging from what I have seen it looks like I can expect to pay about $400.00 per night. Yikes!! I am going to be staying 11/05/2010-11/08/2010. HELP PLEASE!!!

Harrisburg, 2009 - Anyone Running It?

My running partner and I are headed to Harrisburg PA on November 8, 2009 for the Harrisburg marathon. Anyone else out in active-land going there? Anyone run it before? It will be my first time running it so maybe some course pointers - what to expect and so on? I understand it to be mostly flat with some minor hills around the lake district.

Any thoughts, anyone?
