I have been introduced to archeae active it gives me more stamina and higher levels of energy,no extra calories to burn and ample hydration with everywork out.I love it !!!!! Everyone needs this!!!!! It's awesome!!!!

I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH BEING CONSISTENT IN MY WORKOUT BECAUSE OF SO MUCH PAIN IN ALL OF MY JOINTS. I HAVE NOT BEEN EXPERIENCED THE SAME PAIN ANYMORE. I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING HIGHER ENERGY LEVELS , MORE STAMINA AND BEING ABLE TO PULL OUT THAT LAST BIT OF ENDURANCE TO FINISH MY WORKOUTS. I AM SO THANKFUL FOR MY FRIEND KIM AND HER ENCOURAGEMENT TO TRY EVOLV. THANKS KIM U ROCK!!!! NICCILEASE@HOTMAIL.COM

Favorite 24 Hour Fitness

In 2006 I bought a three year membership to 24 Hour Fitness. Since then I have frequented several locations in my hometown of San Diego, CA. I have also taken the liberty to use my membership while on vacation in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, San Fransicso and Sacramento. I am curious what is everybody's favorite 24 and why?

My favorite 24 in San Diego is Rancho Penasquitos Sport. Maybe just because I've been there so much, but also I like the sauna and steam room. There is also two free motions and a couple of squat cages, what more could you ask for.
