Just some background - I'm a former aerobic instructor of 20 years, have run a full marathon last January 2009 and approx. 7 halfs over the last year and a half. SEPT. 13, 2009&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Attention runners/walkers, and those with disabilities: National Rehabilitation Hospital (NRH) will be holding its annual Super H 5K Run, Walk and Wheel, &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Sunday, September 13, 2009, beginning and ending at Tysons Sport and Health in Tysons Corner (8250 Greensboro Dr., McLean, VA). Registration begins at 7 a.m.; the race begins at 8 a.m. Registration includes a post-race party with food sponsored by Chicken Out. Proceeds from the race will support NRH's sports programs which enable those with disabilities to play sports such as wheelchair basketball, soccer, sled hockey, rugby and more.
