      <title>I need a better diet</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:bcce367c-38f2-4a18-8267-e14de4c1dc9a] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;I've had this problem for a while where during the day I have trouble staying awake and have little to no energy.&amp;#160; When I get home I'm exhausted from trying to keep myself awake so I sit on the couch and watch TV the rest of the night.&amp;#160; Then I get to a point where I can't fall asleep and stay up late watching TV, and the next morning I'm tired and it starts all over again.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So I've been trying extra hard to get more sleep every night, but that hasn't helped increase my energy during the day.&amp;#160; My friends tell me its because of my diet.&amp;#160; I guess I do eat too many carbs, pastas, breads, and meats.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I don't necessarily want to start a weight loss diet, but a way to boost my energy. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Are there energy food diets out there or supplements?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:bcce367c-38f2-4a18-8267-e14de4c1dc9a] --&gt;</description>

      <title>I want to gain weight!</title>

I am 5'4 ish and 123lbs if im soaking wet. Don't get me wrong, I would want to throw on muscle not fat but I have never been able to put weight on. I just finished freshman year and llike the typical college student, I engorged myself on pizza and fast food, though I did cook some "home-like" meals. I ate quite frequently, a lot of which was out of boredom, and I ate huge portions. Thing is, at most I gained 2lbs which I lost fairly soon. I just went to my college gym and had a personal fitness evaluation and the trainer said I should speak with the dietitian to find out how to eat to gain more muscle mass.&amp;#160; I figure I should check with you guys first before im forced to pay $60. Like I said, I'm in college so money is a very limited resource. If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated.
