Hi, my name is Teodoro Ramos. You can call me Ted, Teddy, Teo, Tedrick, Theodore, or whatever.

I train with the Well Fit Elite triathlon team, Get a Grip cycling team, Oak Park Masters swim team, and the Oak Park Runners club.

I'm pretty good at off road sports like Xterra and cyclocross.

Races on my schedule this year: HyVee, Xterra ONE, Xterra DINO Versailles, Xterra USA Championship, and Xterra World Championships.
