nautica malibu triathlon

I just got back to CO from Sunny Malibu for a great Olympic race!! What a great event. It was the first year they had an olympic event, and I hope that event continues. I had no idea there would be some great hills on the Pacific Coast Highway.

 

I met several Bear Naked Team Members, they had a booth set up providing yogurt and granola! I did have some yum! I also ran into another competitor from LA< please forgive me i can't remember the name> .

 

We had a great time mixing it up w/some pros, they are fast!!!!!

 

We didn't go back to the Celebrity Race on Sunday, yep I missed J-lo! and Matt. They just weren't worth another 430am rise!

Is anyone racing, volunteering or just playing spectator at the Harvest Moon Triathlon this weekend? If not, come on out to the Aurora Resevoir on Sunday, Sept 14th. It's a great venue, great race (my personal favorite) and is spectator friendly. If you're out there, make sure to stop by and introduce yourself. I'll be all geard up in my Team Bear Naked apparel so I'll be easy to spot. If I don't see you there, have a great weekend of training/racing!
