What are the responsibilities of Active.com Support?

Active.com's Customer Support offers assistance to participants, donors, members and subscribers.

 

We are here to help with online registration or donation questions, as well as inquiries regarding our Active Advantage membership program, community tools, magazine subscriptions, eteamz and Active Trainer.

 

If your inquiry is regarding specific event, camp, clinic or activity details, please refer to the event Web site or contact them directly for assistance. Active.com can provide registration form information, however all packet mailings, pick up, expo, course information and other details are handled by the event coordinators directly.
