I am unable to participate in the event/activity I signed up for. Can I get a refund?

Active.com is unable to authorize a refund for an event as we have a NO REFUND policy, which was agreed upon during online registration. Please check with the event for assistance with your request as the registration fees are passed on to the event once the transaction has been processed on Active.com. The event may be able to issue your refund or provide authorization for us to do so. The Event Director or League Administrator must contact their account representative at Active.com in order to provide approval for a refund.
