Active Trainer offers detailed reports that allow you to analyze workout volume, distance totals, daily vitals and much more. Furthermore, you can filter reports to extract exactly the data you are looking for. For example, our reports allow you to view a daily or monthly summary of total training hours logged versus hours planned. Or, track your training mix by analyzing what percent of training hours you log on your bike versus running.
