Active Trainer has training plans for all types of athletes in a variety of sports. The plans are constructed by some of the premiere coaches in the country and are proven to help you achieve your goals. Whether you are a beginning triathlete competing in your first event or an advanced runner taking on another marathon, Active Trainer will prepare you to perform your best!
Steps
(1) Select “Training” from the top menu bar in your Active Trainer Log.
(2) The Active Trainer library includes more than 200 training programs for athletes of all ability levels. Use any of the three drop-down menus to refine the type of program you are searching for. You can search by sport, level of experience, and training goal. Click “Search” and the training plans that meet your requirements will be listed.
(3) Click on an individual training plan to learn more about it (including a 2-week preview) or click “Buy” to purchase.
(4) Once you choose your plan and click “Buy” you will be taken to a screen that allows you to choose when you want the training plan to start or end. If you are training for a race, this feature ensures your training is tapered to maximize your performance on the day of the event. Once you have entered a start or finish a date, click “Continue”.
(5) Complete the checkout process, including entering any coupon codes for discounts. After checkout out, the system will display a confirmation screen with a direct link to your training calendar with the program displayed.
