There are three ways to move workouts in your calendar.
Move an individual workout
Active Trainer allows you to move individual workouts from your calendar by clicking the move button in the workout navigation bar. As a short cut, we have added some commonly used commands, including: Move 1-day forward, Move 1-day back, Move 1-week forward, Move 1-week back. Or, you may select a specific date.

Move a date range of workouts
Active Trainer also allows you to move a flexible date range. For example, if you want to move all workouts from March 1 to March 15 to start on April 1, do the following:
Steps
(1) Click on “Move Workouts” link in the Calendar Controls box. The system will open a pop-up.
(2) Select the date range you wish to move. In the first box enter 3/1/08 and in the second box enter 3/15/08. Now enter 4/1/08 as the new date you want the workout group to start on. Click “Move” when finished.
The system will move the workouts in the date range you have selected

Move an entire training plan
Lastly, Active Trainer lets you move all workouts associated to a particular training plan. If you are training for a race, this feature is particularly useful in properly lining up your training plan with the event.
Steps
(1) Navigate to the My Account Settings page via the link on the right side of your page header
(2) Click on Purchases. You will see a list of all the training plans and training memberships you have downloaded to your account. Find the training plan you wish to move and click “Move”
(3) The system will open a pop-up allowing you to select a new start date or end date. This allows you to precisely line up your training plan with your planned completion date.
