Sometimes your workouts don’t happen exactly as you originally planned. That’s why Active Trainer allows you to edit your workouts, so that you can accurately track what you accomplish.
Steps
(1) From the Daily Log or Weekly View of your calendar click on the “Edit” icon on the right side of a workout header.
(2) Make the desired edits to your workout and click “Save” at the bottom of the screen.
